Hi, I’m Jim.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with Fortune 500 and other top companies as they faced their greatest moments of crisis.
During the crisis, they were brave, rose to the challenge and came out stronger.
But after it was over, status quo kicked back in and the company would resume playing it too safe, which would hamper sustained innovation and growth.
I learned that when leaders built a brave culture into the daily fabric of the organization, they saw breakthrough results, empowered teams, and generated innovation.
Today, my work helps leaders rally their organization around a brave vision and spark new levels of growth and success.
